Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov commented on the position of Brussels regarding the failure of Ukraine to fulfill the Minsk Agreement. According to him, "someone in the European Union" would like the EU to allow the junta did not do them.
This Lavrov said at a news conference after talks with Foreign Minister of Austria Sebastian Kurz.
