Today the number of players competing for the right to participate in the development of the world order constantly grows, and the formation of a polycentric system inevitably entails a chain of disturbances and conflicts. Experiment with the construction of a unipolar world has demonstrated that no power is solely authorized to determine international politics. The participants will share their views on key issues of the report and will discuss the trends and possible opportunities for the development of the world system.
